Can I Return to WCE After I Opt-Out?

Customers who opted-out of Western Community Energy (WCE) service may return to WCE service.  WCE will not charge you to come back or start service with WCE.  There will be a SCE waiting period before you can be transferred to WCE if you are a current SCE customer and SCE will charge a $0.50 transfer fee.
